WE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE YOUR VOICE DATA OR QUESTIONNAIRE RESPONSES FOR MARKETING, ADVERTISING, OR ANY PURPOSE UNRELATED TO THE CORE FUNCTIONALITY OF PROVIDING COMPATIBILITY ASSESSMENTS.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

• Voice Recordings: Your raw voice recordings are processed for analysis and are IMMEDIATELY DELETED from our active systems upon completion of the compatibility assessment. They are NOT STORED LONG-TERM or retained for future use.
• Questionnaire Responses (Processed Data): Transcribed or algorithmically processed textual data derived from your responses may be retained for a limited period (e.g., 30 days) solely for report generation, error resolution, and to ensure the integrity of the assessment. This processed data is then anonymized or deleted.
• Compatibility Reports: The final compatibility reports generated by the Service will be available to the initiating user for a limited time (e.g., 7 days) to facilitate sharing, after which they may be removed from active access.

DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

DATEGUARD DOES NOT SELL, RENT, TRADE, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER YOUR DATA, ESPECIALLY YOUR VOICE DATA OR QUESTIONNAIRE RESPONSES, TO THIRD PARTIES FOR THEIR MARKETING OR ADVERTISING PURPOSES.

We may share information only in the following, strictly limited circumstances:

• With Your Consent: When you explicitly choose to share your compatibility report with another user.
